The BD Ford 5R110 Transmission & Converter Package so your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke's transmission can handle the increased torque created by performance upgrades to your engine. Each BD-Power Transmission & Converter Package has a BD rigid aluminum heavy duty transmission pan which increases oil capacity and minimizes case flex, a double lock-up converter with X-Stator technology, and a BD auxiliary full flow filter kit for added defense.

The BD-Power Transmission & Converter Package includes a heavy-duty clutch with up to 25% more material than stock and a new design valve body that maintains up to 80% higher clutch apply pressures over the stock unit to upgrade your transmission.

A new BD-Power Torque Converter must be installed at the time of installation of a BD-Power Transmission. Use of a 3rd party or 0E Torque Converter will void transmission warranty.
