The Cognito 210-91023 CV Driveshaft (For 4-6" Lift) is a direct-fit option to increase suspension travel on your lifted truck. This driveshaft fits a 4-6 inch lifted Duramax or a 4-12 inch lifted gas 2001-2016 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500. It also fits a 7-12 inch lift on 1999-2006 Silverado/Sierra 1500.

This direct bolt in driveshaft features a 1310 series double cardan CV and it is made in the USA. This kit also includes the Cognito Allison Transmission Bracket.

Note: Part 110-90278 Shift linkage relocation bracket is required if truck is equipped with six speed manual Allison transmission.
