The Cognito 110-90232 Limiting Strap Kit For 7-9" Lift will limit the suspension travel on your 2001-2013 GM Truck or SUV and reduce potential damage to your ball joints. The ball joint on the upper control arm can be damaged without limiting the suspension travel as the front shocks do in a stock truck. Dual front shock hoops generally do not use the stock shock location and therefore do not limit the suspension. This limiting strap set includes adjustable straps that will liming the amount of droop that is possible on the front suspension, thereby reduce the potential damage to the upper ball joints.
