Get the Industrial Injection B1591224VOP Big Iron Engine Oil Pan from SDS do you don't have to modify the oil pan on your 1994-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. An indention pressed into the back of the oil pan means you don't need to modify your old pan and take the risk of having oil leaks. Industrial Injection designed this pan with four drain holes thru the nut to allow the pan to have a complete drain. The oil pan also has a thicker reinforced lip and requires longer than the bolts.
